CREWpoint Contractors is a values-based company committed to the success of our clients. Our core values are based on integrity, personal accountability, and the value of a hard day’s work. These values were instilled in the owners of CREWpoint Contractors through generations of family working in banking, commercial roofing, the cotton fields of west Texas, and the oil fields of south Texas. We take pride in our heritage and expect each individual on our crew to meet the same high standards we as owners hold ourselves to.

Jason Hawn

Born and raised in Victoria, Texas, Jason grew up heavily influenced by his grandfather, Jay Easley, spending ample time at his commercial roofing company, Easley Roofing, and working on his ranch. Along with building CREWpoint Contractors into an industry leader focused on its clients success, Jason holds a Texas Real Estate’s Brokers License and works with Republic Ranches selling rural property throughout the great state of Texas.
