Plant Safety Upgrades in Texas

CREWpoint Contractors designed, fabricated and installed safety guards on existing equipment that posed risks to extremities and eyes.

These guards were unique as they not only protect the operator from pinch points but have a handle on the top that serves as a guard. The guards are equipped with a lever that allows the operator to adjust the machine to aid in operations while running without risk of injury. Additionally, clear shatter resistant Lexan polycarbonate was used to allow the operators to constantly view the machine while running and as an added layer of protection.
